Skip the lotion on the day. Avoid applying oils or moisturisers before your session. Clean, dry skin gives the best results.

HAIR LENGTH
Ideally 5-6mm for best results. If you've been shaving, wait 2-3 weeks. Unlike waxing, sugaring can treat hair as short as 2mm.

It's not painless — we won't tell you it is. The first session is always the most intense, particularly on areas with coarser hair like the back and chest. But the sensation is brief — most clients describe it as a sharp sting that disappears within seconds. By the second and third appointment, hair grows back finer and the process becomes noticeably more comfortable.
